David D. Duffin
David D Duffin is a lifetime resident of southern New Jersey and when not working, focuses his energy on raising his family of five, participating in some sporting activities and enjoying a little traveling. David earned his BS degree from Cornell University in 1978 and his law degree in 1981 from Loyola Law School. For the last 25 years he has generally concentrated his practice in the litigation fields of personal injury, negligence and insurance claims. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts, remains in good standing as a member of the state and various local county bar associations and is certified to serve as an Arbitrator in the state Superior Courts.
Richard Press
1978 graduate of Rutgers Law School. Law Clerk to the Honorable L. Anthony Gibson, 1978 through 1979. With the law firm of Valore, McAllister, Westmoreland from 1979 through 1986. General Partner with the law firm of Press & Long, P.A. from 1986 through to May 2003. Senior partner with the Law Offices of Richard Press & Associates. Areas of practice focus primarily on labor and employment law, workers' compensation and personal injury. He has tried to a conclusion multiple labor cases, representing both employees and employers. In addition, he has practiced administratively before the National Labor Relations Board, Casino Control Commission, Department of Labor, Division of Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Division of Unemployment and Disability for the State of New Jersey and both State and Federal Wage and Hour administrative agencies for over 20 years. He has also spoken at numerous seminars and bar association groups in the areas of workers' compensation, labor and employment.
Dan Kurkowski
Mr. Kurkowski is an associate trial lawyer whose main practice is in the areas of Employment/Labor, Civil Rights, Government Corruption, Workers’ Compensation and Criminal law. Mr. Kurkowski was formerly Deputy Attorney General in Wilmington, Delaware, where he had a stellar trial record. As a Prosecutor, he accrued a significant amount of courtroom experience representing the State of Delaware in hundreds of cases ranging from traffic violations and DUIs to thefts, drug crimes and crimes of violence. Mr. Kurkowski received his law degree from Widener Law, graduating with honors and receiving pro bono distinction. He has studied law at Sidney University Law School in Australia, where also he worked as a research assistant under the dean of the law school. Mr. Kurkowski was also educated at the National District Attorney Association’s Prosecutor’s school at the University of South Carolina. He graduated with honors from Drexel University. Mr. Kurkowski now litigates civil cases, protecting the rights of employees, and represents defendants in all criminal matters.

Marc B. Samuelson
Mr. Samuelson specializes in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors and distinction, from the University of Rochester in 1999. His undergraduate studies included a semester abroad at the University of Adelaide in Australia. He received his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law in 2003. During law school he was on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society, a semi-finalist in the G. Fred DiBona Moot Court Competition, selected to the Order of Barristers and the recipient of a Widener University Outstanding Service Award. During law school he served as Historian for the Harrington Inn Honors Chapter of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Also, while in law school, Mr. Samuelson worked for the Delaware Civil Law Clinic and served as a Legal Services Coordinator with the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. After law school he served a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Sheldon R. Franklin, J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County. He is a member of Justice James Coleman Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court and the Atlantic County Bar Association.
Donald C. Fox
Mr. Fox has been a certified paralegal for more than 20 years specializing in personal injury cases and general litigation. He’s a graduate of the American Institute for Paralegal Studies where he obtained his certification and he has extensive knowledge not only in litigation, but also in bankruptcy law, condominium law and estates and trust.
Mr. Fox’s early love of law began while a boatswain’s mate in the United States Coast Guard. As a boatswain’s mate, Mr. Fox’s duties included boarding operation, search and rescue, law enforcement and, he learned the guidelines of the Federal Laws. Following ten years of active duty, Mr. Fox received his honorable discharge after deciding to move forward with his education in the criminal justice system.
Upon leaving active duty, Mr. Fox elected to remain in the Coast Guard family in the reserves. He enrolled into Atlantic Community College where he took classes in Criminal Justice and Constitutional Law, and he also enrolled into the American Institute for Paralegal Studies. After graduating from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, Mr. Fox received employment with a large Atlantic County firm where he cut his teeth in Condominium and Personal Injury Law. Mr. Fox worked and learned under some the most esteem attorneys in Atlantic County and as a result of his extensive litigation knowledge, he accepted a position with a small inland firm to run their personal injury department.
Mr. Fox is presently enjoying the family life with his wife of 23 years and his four daughters. He will shortly be completing his Associate’s Degree in General Studies and he’s looking forward to moving towards obtaining his Bachelors degree. Mr. Fox is a proud member of PHI THETA KAPPA and he’s looking forward to not only enhancing his scholastic endeavors, but also growing in legal background.
